Karli found the magic in practicing Yoga during her junior year of college, when she was taking a class to fulfill a gym credit. After class ended, she kept searching for this peace that was instilled in her mind, body, and spirit during those sessions. Karli found Yoga with Adriene, which solidified her love for yoga (and finding what feels good). Simultaneously, she studied and learned about Buddhism and spirituality. She loves to spend time in nature, and with good music. Her teaching style and personal yoga practice is heavily influenced by all of these wonderful guides, and her class will leave you feeling grounded, playful, and disarmed. You can expect a creative vinyasa flow with strengthening postures and feel-good stretches, inviting you to come back home to yourself.
