Yoga Instructor

Natalie has been involved in the fitness and wellness industry for over 20 years. With her extensive knowledge of the human body and movement, you can expect a safe and efficient yoga practice. She loves working with clients of all ages and abilities, but isn’t afraid to kick your butt if that’s what you need that day! Taking her personal training knowledge into her yoga practice has been a well-balanced blend of mental and physical wellness for her students. Her interests outside of fitness include her love of softball/ baseball and most sports, as well as being a total beach bum in her downtime. She has moved from New Jersey to SoCal — so expect an eclectic blend of music in her classes .
