Sydney has been passionate about movement since childhood. She began as a competitive gymnast before transitioning into dance and acrobatics, building over 15 years of experience in these disciplines. She first discovered yoga as a way to stretch and unwind from dance but quickly fell in love with its philosophy, history, spirituality, and physical benefits.
Sydney was introduced to barre by a friend who knew her dance background and insisted she try it. From her first class, she was hooked—drawn to its fun, challenging, and highly effective nature. Now, as a barre and yoga instructor, she blends intensity with playfulness, guiding students through mindful movement, breathwork, and deep mind-body connection.
Sydney’s classes are designed to be both powerful and uplifting, helping students build strength, improve flexibility, and cultivate joy in movement. She is passionate about supporting others on their fitness journeys, creating an environment where every student feels empowered and inspired.​
